Returns & Right of Withdrawal Policy
At F.R.S we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may exercise your right of withdrawal and return eligible Product(s) in accordance with the following policy.
This policy applies to purchases made through www.forrestlessleepers.com.
1. Right of Withdrawal
If you are purchasing as a consumer within the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom or where applicable consumer protection laws grant such rights, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within fourteen (14) days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you, acquire physical possession of the Product(s), without providing any reason.
For orders consisting of multiple Product(s) delivered separately, the withdrawal period shall expire fourteen (14) days after receipt of the last Product.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you may use the self-service return tools available on our website during the applicable period or contact our Customer Service team.
Once your withdrawal request has been submitted, you will receive instructions on how to return the Product(s).
2. Conditions for Returns
Returned Product(s) must:
- · be returned within fourteen (14) days from the date the withdrawal request is submitted;
- · be returned in their original condition;
- · include all original garment tags and labels;
- · include all original accessories, authenticity cards, dust bags, instructions and any additional packaging originally supplied;
- · be properly packaged to avoid damage during transit.
Customers are permitted to inspect and try on Product(s) only to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and fit, as would reasonably be allowed in a physical retail store.
Product(s) showing signs of use beyond what is necessary for such inspection may be subject to a reduction in the refund amount.
The following Product(s) are not eligible for return:
- · personalised Product(s);
- · Product(s) which cannot be returned for hygiene or sanitary reasons once unsealed;
- · Product(s) returned outside the applicable return period.
Failure to include return documentation may delay the processing of the refund.

Once a return request has been approved, F.R.S. will provide detailed return instructions, including the shipping method or carrier to be used for the return, where applicable.
Customers are requested to follow the provided instructions in order to ensure proper tracking, customs handling and timely processing of refunds.
F.R.S. cannot be held responsible for delays, additional costs or issues arising from returns shipped using shipping methods or carriers other than those indicated by F.R.S.
Returns shipped using shipping methods or carriers other than those indicated by F.R.S. may result in delays in processing and any additional costs incurred will be borne by the customer.
4. Shipping Costs, Duties and Taxes
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Customers are also responsible for any customs duties, VAT, import taxes, clearance fees or similar charges incurred when returning Product(s). These costs are non-refundable.
For customers located within the European Union, original standard delivery charges paid at the time of purchase will be refunded where required by applicable consumer protection laws.
Additional services selected by the customer, including express, priority or premium shipping options, are non-refundable.
5. Refunds
Once the returned Product(s) have been received and inspected, F.R.S will notify you of the outcome of the return request.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Refunds will be processed within fourteen (14) days from the date we receive the returned
Product(s) or proof that they have been shipped back, whichever occurs first.
Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
F.R.S reserves the right to withhold reimbursement until the returned Product(s) have been received or until proof of shipment has been provided by the customer, whichever occurs first.
6. International Orders (Outside the European Union)
Customers placing orders outside the European Union are responsible for verifying and complying with all customs regulations applicable in their country before completing their purchase.
Customs duties, VAT, import taxes and any additional charges imposed by the destination country are not included in the purchase price unless expressly stated otherwise and are payable by the recipient upon delivery.
If a shipment is refused, abandoned, unclaimed or not cleared through customs because the recipient fails or refuses to pay duties, VAT, taxes or any other import charges, the shipment shall be considered undeliverable due to customer responsibility.
Any shipping costs, return shipping costs, customs duties, storage fees, clearance charges, administrative fees or any additional expenses incurred by F.R.S as a consequence of the failed delivery or return of the shipment will be deducted from any refund due.
If the total amount of such costs equals or exceeds the value of the order, no refund shall be due.
